'<p>超声波清洗仪器的出现替代了常规的清洗方式，利用高中低频不同的超声波频率划分了多种用途的超声波清洗机以提高清洗效率及清洗结果，那么高中低频不同的超声波频率之间的清洗作用又有什么区别呢？</p><p style="text-align: center;"><img src="http://tullker.com/uploadfile/ueditor/image/202112/16391231180cca2e.png" title="清洗机" alt="清洗机"/></p><p>中、低频超声波的清洗作用</p><p>超声波是一种机械波，是机械振动在媒质中的传播。当超声波在液体中传播时，液体质点受到声波的扰动后会在其平衡位置附近做微小振动，液体质点没有宏观上的移动和迁移，但其振动速度和加速度很大。例如声强为1. 0W/cm2、频率为20 kHz的超声波在水中传播(暂不考虑其非线性效应)，如果液体质点位移振幅为5μm，则质点要经受压力在正负1. 68atm之间以每秒2万次的重复频率做周期性变化的作用，质点振动速度约为0，63m/s，而振动的加速度达到7.9X10*m/s' ，大约为重力加速度的8000倍。这样激烈而快速变化的机械运动，于附着在固体表面的灰尘等不溶性固体颗粒，强大的剪切作用足以使固体颗粒从待清洗物体表面脱落，从而达到清洗的目的。</p><p>高频超声波的清洗作用</p><p>当超声波的频率增加到几百千赫的高频时，波长短了，λ=0.7~1.5mm，声场中质点的稠密区与稀疏区界线模糊，液态声场中空化现象几乎消失，超声能量表现为媒质质点加速度能量。例如在硅晶片及光刻清洗中，使用950 kHz超声波，两个波峰之间的时间仅为1. 05μs，不足以形成空化泡，但能量将达到重力加速度的10倍，兆级超声波清洗体现在液态质点对工件表面每秒95万次的精细擦洗上。这足以使清洗液迅速扩散到基片(工件)与粒子(污物)之间，使工件表面水化，变得湿润。液膜作用如同尖劈，使粒子从基片脱落，同时液膜也进一步 防止了粒子对基片的二次吸附，这对去除亚微米粒子很有效果。</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>' |
